Expert's Tip
When making matcha drinks, J Taste Multipurpose Matcha Powder offers a shortcut. Since it contains natural sugar from beets and has subtle sweetness, there is no need to mix it with sugar beforehand. In addition, it dissolves more easily compared to pure matcha powder, making it perfect for those who prefer a simple matcha experience.
Prepare 50 ml of milk and matcha powder. Add about 1 tablespoon of milk first and dissolve the powder well. Then add the rest of the milk and stir them well.
Note: If you are using regular matcha powder, add sugar to taste.
