Each batch is carefully prepared through a traditional process of washing, cutting, drying, and roasting. Certified organic under JAS standards, this loose-leaf burdock tea contains only organically grown burdock root from Kagoshima and Miyazaki Prefectures. Enjoy it hot, cold-brewed, or repurpose the brewed tea leaves in dishes such as miso soup, salads, mixed rice, and kinpira.

For kettle method, add 3–5g of burdock tea to 500ml water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3–5 minutes. For teapot method, add about 2g of burdock tea, pour in hot water, and steep for 3–10 minutes. For cold brew method, add 3–5g to 500ml water and steep for about 20 minutes.
