This Sea Chicken L Flake contains tuna flakes seasoned with soy bean oil and Hagoromo's original liquid preparation.
Eating directly is of course OK, but also able to use for salad, sandwiches, sushi, doria, pizza, pasta and so on.

My family enjoys this brand of tuna as it is beautiful tuna and is packed in oil. The small cans (70g) are perfect one person serving. I ordered Hagoromo directly from Japan as this is the only brand of tuna we now eat.
