I needed a distinctive cutting board exclusively for meat. This round board made from one piece of hinoki fit the bill. I use one side for poultry and the other side for beef and lamb. The rotating stand foot is off center and makes it easy to see which side to use for each. In addition, after thoroughly cleaning the board I just swivel the foot to stand the board up to dry. And best of all, hinoki wood is kind to my damascus steel knives.
