



Made with plenty of yuzu juice and peel from yuzu grown in the Kitō region of Tokushima Prefecture, this yuzu marmalade is supervised by pastry chef Yusaku Shibata, who helped lead Japan to victory at the 2023 Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie. It contains slices of yuzu peel for a firm texture and offers a fragrant citrus flavor with gentle bitterness and balanced sweetness.
