Le café instantané AGF Maxim a été lyophilisé et torréfié avec la dernière technologie AGF pour conserver tout le goût et l'arôme du café.
La lyophilisation est une méthode innovante dans laquelle le café est congelé à -40 °C juste après le processus de torréfaction, puis séché sous vide.
Contrairement aux autres méthodes de séchage, cette méthode évite la détérioration du café et conserve plus longtemps toute sa saveur et son arôme.
Ajoutez une cuillère à café de café (environ 2 grammes) dans une tasse. Versez 140-180 ml d'eau chaude et remuez bien.
Pour un café glacé, ajoutez la même quantité de café et seulement 90 ml d'eau chaude. Ajoutez ensuite quelques glaçons.
