Received 6 pairs of chopsticks to make a set which were a gift to a relative, but they arrived different lengths. Very embarrassed when recipient told me about it. Frustrating that I have to pay for shipping to return back to Japan after emailing customer service. Quality of product good and lightweight however very disappointed after receiving chopsticks with different lengths.

As other reviewers mention, these are hollow, but quite strong. I love these. The grooves around the circumference of the tips greatly enhance grip. Would not hesitate to recommend these.
