    Scissor Review after 3 months

    These scissors are great in that they are very sharp and easy to clean. It is important to dry the scissors completely after cleaning to avoid spotting/rust on the surfaces. The blades are made of a different material from the handles so there are rivets on both pieces. Keeping the riveted area clean has not been an issue so far.

    Great for the pro or amateur cook

    Excellent quality, cuts right through chicken bones, great for trimming vegetables or preparing stir fry. These are my “good” scissors now. But I love Japanese cutlery in general. The combination of a bottle opener and pry tabs are just a bonus.
