The product is good. However, the customer service needs improving regarding returns from the US. I inquired regarding returning 3 items for exchange. US postage would cost approximately $235.00 per FED-EX. The products themselves cost $176.00. Pre-paid return labels are provided through other vendors that I order through.

I;v been using Milbon Plarmia Hair Serum Oil F (for fine hair) for a few months now - and i am absolutely in love with it. A very good pump allows you to squeeze the exact amount of oil needed. i have hair below shoulders i need about half a pump. The smell is very pleasant and it doesn't stay, so there is no conflict in case you want to use perfume as well. The hair looks gorgeous afterwards: silky, shiny, the haircut even without blow-drying is quite defined. Highly recommend this oil.
